"Intuition is love whispering, guiding each step. The soul’s way of showing us the way — soft, simple, always there." - Lea

For as long as I can remember, I’ve always been highly sensitive — a quality that, for many years, felt like a burden rather than a gift. Growing up, I didn’t always know how to navigate the intensity of my own emotions or the energy around me. But over time, I began to understand the value of this sensitivity.

Working closely with others has helped me refine this ability and transform it into a deeper form of connection. Through each interaction, I’ve developed both emotional intelligence and intuitive insight, allowing me to offer something far more profound than physical care.

As I’ve grown, so has my approach to the work I do. What once felt overwhelming became a doorway to something much more meaningful — the ability to hold space for others with empathy, understanding, and a quiet strength. It’s less about “doing” and more about simply being present, listening, and honouring the subtle energy that exists within us all.

Along the way, I’ve been fortunate to meet incredible teachers and mentors who’ve played a significant role in shaping my path. They taught me to move slowly and trust that pace. To deepen my values, commit to my own growth, and focus on true embodiment — not performance. In a healing world often filled with noise, big claims, and spiritual bypassing, their teachings grounded me in integrity and care. For years, I avoided stepping fully into this work — unsure if I belonged in the “healing” world, or how to describe what I do without feeling boxed in. I’ve never resonated with labels like medium or healer. If anything, I see myself as a facilitator — someone who creates space for others to reconnect with themselves.

When I discovered Tea Ceremony, something quietly shifted. I spent the past three years deepening into this practice, first for myself and then in service to others. It’s been humbling, revealing, and at times deeply challenging — but in the best of ways. These years helped me strengthen my work ethic, clarify my values, and uncover missing pieces I’d been quietly searching for.

Outside of this work, I’m someone who finds joy in simple things — dancing, thrifting vintage treasures, making tea, watching the sky shift, getting lost in music, and spending quiet time in nature. I live for softness, curiosity, a good laugh, and conversations that go straight to the soul.

If you’re here, I’m really glad our paths have crossed. Welcome.

“I’m not here to tell you what to do. Just translating what’s felt — between the visible and the invisible. Radical responsibility is required. And yes, sometimes I’m très French… direct, but always with love.”
